The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September, then gently pressed.
The fermentation of the grapes takes place in large steel barrels at a controlled temperature.
The further maturation of the wine takes place for a period of 14 months in in barriques of not toasted Tronçais oak.
In the bottle for as much as needed.
Brilliant ruby red with violet tones.
Fruity, fresh, intense, predominant of sweet violet.
Gentle and velvety, elegant, long lasting.
Food pairing and serving
Ideal with selected meats and roast meat.
Best served at 18°C or serve at room temperature after oxygenation.
