Stainless steel vats for 15 days.
Aging for a minimum of 2-3 months in stainless steel on his lees, with constant bâtonnage.
At the end a gentle filtration before bottling.
Delicate citrus notes, pleasant notes of wild flowers and minerals.
Soft and fresh with an intriguing hint of almond on the finish.
Food pairing and serving
The traditional pairing is with the classic San Daniele ham, which is made in Friuli as well. Great also with seafood and white meat.
Best served at 8-10°C.
