RONC ZOIIS – Chardonnay DOC

After a soft press, the must has been decanted for 24 hours at a fixed temperature of 8 °C, then we start the fermentation in stainless steel vats for 15 days.
Aging for a minimum of 2-3 months in stainless steel on his lees, with constant bâtonnage.
Gentle filtration before bottling.
On the nose is gentle and mineral, with nice flavours of stone fruits and white flowers.
Soft and fruity, great sapidity on the palate.
Food pairing and serving
Ideal with seafood pastas, with intense and soft fish like the monkfish, or with white meats or vegetables as long as with creamy sauce.
Best served at 8-10°C
