Soft pressing and clarification of the must, then alcoholic fermentation in steel for about 15 days at a controlled temperature of 16°-18° C
The wine remains on the lees, in inox tanks, for about 3 months.
Pale lemon color with amber reflections.
The aroma opens with an intense bouquet, citrus notes, apricot and linden flowers.
Light body, great balance, with flavors of yellow fruits and a nice sapidity.
Food pairing and serving
Ideal with fish dishes, risottos, shellfish appetizers and vegetable flans.
Best served at 8-10°C
