Vinification at controlled temperature for 10 - 12 days including the malolactic fermentation.
The maturation for 24 months in barrique.
Intense ruby red with purple tones.
Intense aromas of ripe fruit, spices and vanilla.
Elegant, full and warm, with excellent structure and smooth tannins.
Food pairing and serving
Ideal with cold cuts and salami, Savory first courses, Risotto, Grilled red meats, Stewed red meats, Aged cheeses.
Best served at 18°C or serve at room temperature after oxygenation.
