Golden and brilliant colour.
Floral nose, with a light vanilla touch, white flowers (hawthorn) and apple.
Powerful but well balanced with a real freshness.
Food pairing and serving
Meursault is a wine for fish. From a roasted bass with a simple net of olive oil till traditional cooks with sauces. Good also with poultry’s, calf, and quenelles.
