Manual harvest with a strict selection with selection of the grapes by hand on a selection table.

Fermentation

Control of the temperatures with pneumatic press. The beginning of the fermentation is done in stainless vats, then going down in the cold cellars.

Ageing

Maturation in oak barrels (20% are new oak barrels).

Golden and brilliant yellow colour.

Bouquet

Floral nose, with yellow fruit and flowers: hawthorn, quince, together with nuts and almonds.

Palate

Round and wealthy richness with some spices showing the very ripped fruits together with fine tannins. Well-balanced and long taste.

Doudet-Naudin, opgericht in 1849 door Albert Brenot in Savigny-lès-Beaune, is een van de oudste Bourgondische wijn Maisons. In 1933 werd het overgenomen door de familie Doudet, die het Maison heeft ontwikkeld en uitgebreid met behoud van de fundamentele waarden: respect voor tradities en uitmuntendheid. Christophe Rochet, het huidige hoofd van Doudet-Naudin, zet zich in om de waarden van dit gerespecteerde Maison te behouden tijdens de herstructurering ervan.

Doudet Naudin
