Broad, fragrant, winey, fruity scent of violet and ripe blackberries.
On the palate, harmonious, dry, light brown tannins that refine over time to the soft velvety.

Ideal with meat dishes and tasty sauces. Combines well with light hors d'oeuvre and cooked meat.
