Een familiebedrijf, opgericht in 1924 door Giovanni Scolaris. Het bedrijf vond al vroeg succes met de verkoop van wijn aan Britse en Amerikaanse soldaten die tegen het einde van de Tweede Wereldoorlog Italië bezetten. Tegenwoordig is Marco, de kleinzoon van de oprichter, de wijnmaker voor het landgoed. De wijnen worden volledig geproduceerd uit wijngaarden van het landgoed.
