Fermentation in in truncated conical tanks.
Once separeted from its skins, the wine goes into small oak barrels for the malolactic fermentation • Aging takes place for 14 to 16 months in French and Hungarian oak barrels, in a combination of new and second fill barrels.
Additional 12 months in the bottle before being released.
Intense and bright ruby red color.
Notes of ripe red fruits come together with pleasant hints of fresh blackberry and wild berries.
The wine is vibrant, with silky and refined tannins. Balanced and intense, it has a long, complex and persistent finish.
Food pairing and serving
Idearl with game dishes, beef, lamb and cured meat.
Best served at 18°C or serve at room temperature after oxigenation.
