Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet

Fresh and intense nose with aromas of citrus peel, pink grapefruit, white peach, passion fruit and green pepper.

Palate

Slightly savory and varietal finish with aromas of green pepper.

Excellent with pasta dishes with vegetables, with pasta with zucchini and shrimps, and also with soft goat cheeses.

The Tenimenti Civa company is located on the eastern hills of Friuli, in Bellazoia di Povoletto (Udine). In this strip of land, Tenimenti Civa is focused on growing autochthonous grapes: Ribolla gialla, Friulano, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Schioppettino. In addition to these varieties there are also some internationals: Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Cabernet and Merlot. All wines are produced under the Friuli Colli Orientali and Doc Friuli denominations. An ideal microclimate, great biodiversity with herbaceous plants and infinite number of insects, makes this land ideal for wine growing.
