Soft pressing and clarification of the must, then alcoholic fermentation in steel for about 15 days at controlled temperature of 16°-18° C
The wine remains on the lees, in inox tanks, for about 3 months.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Fresh and intense nose with aromas of citrus peel, pink grapefruit, white peach, passion fruit and green pepper.
Slightly savory and varietal finish with aromas of green pepper.
Food pairing and serving
Excellent with pasta dishes with vegetables, with pasta with zucchini and shrimps, and also with soft goat cheeses.
Best served at 8-10°C
