Complex aromas of floral (wisteria & jasmine) & fruity notes (pineapple and sweet almond), herbal notes in the finish.
The taste is full-bodied, tangy and fresh with an evolving balance. The finish is long, with fresh, mineral nuances.
Food pairing and serving
Perfect with boiled white meat, see-fruits and fish soup.
Best served at 10-12°C in a white wine glass-tulip.
