Manni Nössing begint zijn avontuur in 1997 en is een van de beste blanken van Zuid-Tirol. De 6 hectare wijngaarden zijn gelegen op de eerste heuvels nabij het centrum van Bressanone en zijn bestemd voor de typische druiven van het gebied. Ze worden uitgevoerd met de virtuositeit die alleen de grote wijngaarden bezitten, maar niet in een organisch regime.
