Fermentation
Few hours of cold maceration, the destemmed bunches undergo a soft pressing. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature between 12-14° C
Ageing
The wine stays in stainless steel tanks, for about 4 months on fine lees.

Straw yellow with greenish highlights.
