The village of Cairanne; at the north of the Vaucluse.
Classic vinification with short fermentation (10-15 days) on the lees and maturation in stainless-steel tanks
Aging potential 5 to 8 years.
Deep red garnet with a clear rim.
Syrah gives it distinguish aromas of black fruits, prunes, liquorice and leather.
A beautifully velvety wine with some very delicate tannins.

Braised lamb shanks with crushed herbs. Moroccan lamb with apricots, almonds & mint. Stuffed tomatoes with lamb and black olives. Provencal Crespeou & Summer BBQ
