Traditional red wine making.
Aging for 4 year (1/2 in inox vats and 1/2 in wood barrique)
In the bottle for few months.
Deep ruby red.
Fruity notes, spices, leather and a pinch of tobacco.
Beautiful texture, long, fresh and generous finish.
Food pairing and serving
Game, roasted meat, red sauce and aged cheese.
Best served at 18°C or serve at room temperature after oxygenation.
