Grapes gently de-stemmed & left to cold macerate for short period. Soft pressing and the most obtained is clarified by static cold decanting. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel containers
At the end of fermentation the wine is kept on the yeasts in stainless steel containers for 4 months.
Another 2 months in bottle.
Strong straw yellow.
Intense and fruity bouquet, notes of ripe yellow fruit and white flowers.
Full, harmonious, savory and persistent taste.
Food pairing and serving
Excellent with fish-based dishes, pasta, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
Best served at 10-12°C
