Soave Superiore DOCG
Selected grapes are harvested when slightly overripe during first 10 days in October. Grapes are picked and sorted in the vineyards manually.
After a short period of maceration, they are lightly pressed.
The must obtained is left to ferment in barriques for six months.
Refined in bottles for at least 6 months.
Intense straw yellow.
Intense floral & hints of field flowers and Camille flowers, notes of ripe fruit (cherry, peach, melon, pineapple).
The taste is wide-ranging and velvety, with a balanced tart sensation.
Food pairing and serving
This wine goes well with all first courses with an intense flavor, fish, shellfish, white meat and cheese.
Best served at 9 - 11°C.
