Harvest

Selected grapes are harvested when slightly overripe during first 10 days in October. Grapes are picked and sorted in the vineyards manually.

Fermentation

After a short period of maceration, they are lightly pressed.

Villa Erbice has a long history when the grandfather Narciso started producing wine in 1870. The name Villa Erbice is determined by the prestigious history of the company, housed in a seventeenth-century villa of great historical importance. Here the Erbice family has produced wines of excellent quality, always from the grapes of their own vineyards. The vineyard, about 13 hectares, is located in the municipality of Mezzane at an altitude of 250 meters to 450 meters above sea level.
