Aging for a minimum of 7 months in vats.
Deep red with lively garnet shards.
Generous and rich, sun-drenched fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), spicy notes (licorice).
A well balanced wine, structured with voluptuous and silky tannins for a fine and slender substance.

Charcuterie, grilled meats (BBQ), spicy dishes (Moroccan, Mexican, Thai or Indonesian cuisine) and cheese.
