Alsace Pinot Gris AOC BIO
Gentle pressing, the juice falls into a fermentation tank. The tank is thermo-regulated to ensure low-temperature fermentation (between 12°C-18°C) that will preserve the flavors of the grape.
After the Pinot Gris is aged for approximately 6 months before being bottled.
Intense gold colour.
Aromas of flowers and brioche reveal the right ripeness of the grapes.
Toasted and smoky notes of raisins. Full-bodied wine with ripe fruit, balanced with an intense freshness.
Food pairing and serving
As an aperitif or with a meal, excellent with sweet and sour cuisines, or with spicy dishes.
Best served at 8-10°C
