Alsace Cremant “SAUVAGE” BRUT BIO
Gentle pressing. The juice falls into a fermentation tank. The tank is thermo-regulated to ensure a low temperature fermentation (between 12°C-18°C) that will preserve the flavors.
After the first fermentation, the wine is bottled. Second fermentation in the bottle for at least 12 months.
Gold and bright with fine bubbles.
Fresh and floral nose with an aromatic finesse.
Crisp and refreshing. Aromas of toasted nuts.
Food pairing and serving
This cremant can be served as a pre-dinner drink or with a meal.
Serve it chilled at 5-7°C.
