The history of wine has spilled over to the present day
Le Farnete Estate is located in the town of Carmignano, near Firenze. It covers an area of ​​100 hectares in the Carmignano docg and it has belonged to Pierazzuoli Family since 1990.
The Farnete estate’s vineyard extends over 11 hectares and is located south / southeast, which is particularly indicated for the ripening of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon.
From these vineyards that are aged from 10 to 40 years, produce the wines of the estate Le Farnete, Barco Reale DOC of Carmignano, Carmignano DOCG.

The cellars of Tenuta Le Farnete are partly underground and equipped with a room for aging in wood, both barrique and tonneaux, with controlled temperature and humidity, and a room for vinification in stainless steel tanks, low and with a great deal of facilities temperature control and micro oxygenation system. The refinement in the bottle takes place in rooms with controlled temperature and in the absence of light, by placing the bottles in special stainless steel containers. Then the bottles are packed at the time of ordering, checking and excluding bottles with defects.
